Information on this site
This site provides product and installation information and does not include an inquiry form or newsletter signup. Standard server operations may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, requested path, and timestamp for security and service delivery.
Agent workflow data
The installed workflow may interact with data sources and destinations selected by the operator. The exact data, retention, location, and processing behavior depend on those configured providers and the AI agent runtime. Review each applicable policy before connecting production data.
Credentials
Do not place API keys, passwords, or tokens in prompts, copied support logs, or source control. Use the runtime's supported secret mechanism, restrict scopes, rotate exposed credentials, and revoke provider access when a workflow is retired.
Prospecting records
Business contact data can still involve privacy and communications obligations. Establish a lawful operating basis, honor applicable access and deletion rights, document sources, maintain suppression data, and handle opt-out requests promptly in the regions where you operate.
Human review
Automation should not remove accountability. Review account selection, contact relevance, verification state, message claims, and regional outreach requirements before downstream activation.
Retention and deletion
Removing a local package may not remove records held by connected systems. Test local removal, revoke credentials, inspect destinations, and follow provider-specific retention and deletion procedures.
Policy changes
This policy may change as the site or referenced workflow evolves. The date above indicates the current published revision.
